Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Parts Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of parts to our customers and internal departments. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as part of the daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a van or other delivery vehicle to transport parts to designated locations.
• Load and unload parts, ensuring that all items are handled with care to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups, including any necessary documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
• Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organisation of parts.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading tasks.
• Experience in commercial driving or as a delivery driver is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is advantageous.
• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record is essential.
