Summary
We are seeking are seeking a professional and compassionate Chauffeur/Guest Experience Driver to provide our guests with a seamless, comfortable and discreet transport service. This role goes beyond driving, it’s about creating a calm and welcoming journey that reflects the warmth and excellence of the Delamere experience.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport guests from home or airport to Delamere, ensuring punctuality and discretion
- Maintain a polished appearance and a clean, high-standard vehicle
- Offer reassurance and empathy to guests who may be feeling vulnerable or anxious
- Assist with luggage and provide full support from door to door
- Represent Delamere with grace, confidentiality and professionalism
What we’re looking for
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Experience in private or executive driving (preferred)
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
- Patient, kind-hearted approach with a focus on guest care
- Relevant insurance and willingness to obtain a DBS (support available)
- Experience in healthcare, wellness or hospitality settings desirable
- Familiarity with airport pickups and long-distance transfers
