Salary: £15.35 Per hour

The Stafford London is ideally located for West End theatres, dining, and shopping at Bond Street, Jermyn Street and Regent Street. Green Park underground & Victoria Station are within walking distance. Surrounded by art galleries and museums, the property is next to the royal palaces and parks.

About the role, what will I be doing?

• Ensuring the security and comfort of our guests and the owner at all times.
• The limousines are operated with the utmost safety and without speeding or reckless driving.
• The limousines are operated to ensure optimal fuel efficiencies.
• The hotel’s vehicles are always immaculately presented and maintained.
• To always be at the owner’s disposal.
• Ensure that the Image of the Hotel is well maintained when in road traffic.
• Respect guests’ presence when interacting with other colleagues.
• Ascertain if guests would like to listen to the radio.
• Ensure standard amenities (water still, sparkling, chilled and room temperature).
• Ensure you report to the Executive Head of Concierge or any Senior Manager of any minor or major accidents during the process of driving or any other event.
• Ensure all vehicles are in safe, clean and well-maintained driving conditions.
• To carry out any reasonable tasks and duties given by the owner or senior management on the owner’s behalf.

Who are we looking for?

• This is a part-time role, 20 hours per week.
• Clean UK License / PCO License Preferred
• You will maintain the highest standard of personal appearance.
• You will always conduct yourself professionally.
• You will assist guests with their luggage during pick up and drop off.
• You will be fully conversant with all hotel activities and promotions.
• You will always have a friendly manner and smile.
