Removal driver

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

We are a small but expanding Minicab company serving SE London. Due to continued success, the company is seeking to recruit an experienced Removal Driver. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to join this well-respected and rapidly expanding firm.

JOB ROLE:

· Packing, loading and unloading delivery vans and trucks

· Maintaining regular communication with route dispatchers

· Review removals with recipients to ensure they’re accurate

· Cleaning and servicing van for the next delivery

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

· Ideally Driving Licence must have less than 6PTs & no codes

· Customer service skills and good communication

· Punctuality to ensure timely deliveries

· Be an excellent, skilful driver and respect traffic laws at all times

· Be able to stay focused for long periods of time and be detail orientated

· Be comfortable with reading maps and GPS indications

· Ability to manage the process of loading and unloading goods

· Reliability, politeness and trustworthiness

· Knowledge of transport methods, benefits and cost
