    Pay: £29K

    Allen Motor Group are looking to recruit a Driver for our Service Department in Rayleigh. You will be working to an efficient schedule whilst providing excellent customer service. This position is offered on a full time, 45 hour a week contract, Monday – Friday paying £28,571 per annum and reports to the Aftersales Manager.

    Previous automotive experience isn’t required but would be advantageous for this position. What we do look for is a full clean driving licence that has been held for at least 12 months.

  • Multi Drop Delivery Driver

    Job Overview
    We are seeking a reliable and motivated Night Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to our customers. You will be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service while managing the logistics of your delivery route. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving commercial vehicles, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle heavy lifting. Minimum 2 years driving experience essential.

    Pay is £530 net for van drivers, and £560 net for class 3 drivers.

  • Vehicle Driver

    We are looking for a Driver to join our Accident Repair Centre in Thurrock. The position is a high-profile position within the business and your general job functions include the collection and delivery of customer vehicles and when required controlling all elements of the site’s administration. The post holder will ensure all customer vehicles are collected, cleaned and delivered in an efficient, timely and professional manner; Providing an exceptional standard of customer service at all times. You will work efficiently in a modern fast-paced clean environment, collaborating as a team player and consistently meeting tight deadlines.

    • Collect and deliver vehicles while adhering to all highway laws, including speed limits and restrictions.

    • Follow Health and Safety protocols, reporting any issues or concerns promptly.

    • Lightweight (Lorry) training will be required. Full training will be provided.

  • Van Driver

    Pay: £28,000

    The role
    We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Van Driver to support our London stores by collecting and delivering customers’ bikes for servicing. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely repairs, keeping our customers moving. Ideally you’ll be based in either South West or North West London
    Key accountabilities
    *Safely operate a company-provided van to collect and deliver bikes across London. *Follow scheduled routes to ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs. *Handle bikes with care, ensuring they are securely loaded and unloaded without damage. *Perform basic inspections of bikes before transportation, noting any visible issues. *Communicate effectively with store managers, customer support, and customers to coordinate schedules. *Keep accurate records of deliveries, including customer signatures and any required paperwork. *Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while on the road. *Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any mechanical issues. *Assist other departments as needed, such as stock and goods transfers.
    Skills & experience
    *Valid UK driver’s license with a clean driving record. *Proven experience as a van driver (ideally in a commercial or delivery role). *Good knowledge of London’s roads and neighbourhoods. *Strong driving skills with a safety-first mindset. *Physically fit, able to lift and carry bikes as needed. *Good communication and customer service skills. *Basic bike mechanics knowledge is a plus but not required. *Flexibility to work varied hours and occasional weekends if needed.
