Customer Delivery Driver

Pay: £26k

What You’ll Do:

You’ll start your day at our HQ in Kingswinford (DY6), our warehouse and distribution centre, your home base, where you’ll be provided with a fully maintained company vehicle before hitting the road to take on your route where you’ll:

• Be an ambassador for the Stiltz brand with great customer service as your number one priority. Delivering our products to customers and field based installation teams across the UK.
• Assist in loading and unloading your vehicle with daily deliveries while collaborating with our warehouse and installation teams.
• Perform and document all required pre and post-delivery vehicle safety checks of your assigned vehicle.
• Keep your van and deliveries in perfect condition, ensuring smooth deliveries and happy customers.
• Communicating with customers and colleagues (face-to-face and phone).

What You’ll Need:

Yes, you’ll need a passion for driving and being on the road, but also for helping customers and delivering excellent service, as well as:

• Holding a valid and full UK driver’s license, held for at least 12 months, with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Ability to work as a 2-person team and handle heavy stock safely.
• A calm and collected approach, you’ll stay cool under pressure while you do your best to deliver to customers on time. And be ready to adapt your plans to fit the situation.
• A hands-on, safety-first attitude, you’ll be happy to take on responsibility, a champion for road safety, and always mindful of health and safety protocols both in and out of the van.
