Driver (Family office)

We are looking for someone who is keen, hungry and with a good professional demeanour. A confident driver who is used to large and luxury vehicles, able to undergo further training, flexible with working hours, and experienced in looking after high-end luxury vehicles.

About Us

Balthazar Group is the office of a HNW family managing and supporting their interests and enterprises. The family is seeking a reliable and professional driver. The role requires ensuring safe, timely, and comfortable travel for business and personal engagements, alongside other household and vehicle duties when not driving.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate luxury vehicles to transport family members or guests
• Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy
• Follow traffic regulations and company policies at all times
• Manage travel routes efficiently, considering traffic and time constraints
• Assist with errands and logistical support
• Handle luggage and airport transfers effectively
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times

Requirements

• Valid UK driving licence with clean record
• Experience as an executive driver or in a family office setting
• Strong knowledge of local routes and Central London
• Professional demeanour and good communication skills
• Excellent time management
• Flexibility with working hours
• Confident driver, experienced with large and luxury vehicles
• Ability to look after and maintain high-end luxury vehicles
• Keen, hungry, and willing to undergo further training

Working Hours

• Usual hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:30am – 6:30pm
• Flexibility required for occasional late nights or weekends (time off in lieu provided)
