  • Saturday Delivery Driver

    Salary: £12.73 – £13.93 Per hour

    Due to increased demand we are seeking part-time Saturday drivers across multiple depots.

    In this role you will be the face of Sciensus, ensuring timely deliveries of much needed medical products to our patients’.

    A typical day will see you travelling throughout a region:

    • Carrying out multiple deliveries via a temperature controlled vehicle
    • Collecting clinical waste
    • Maintaining full compliance with GDP
    • Performing full vehicle checks at the beginning and end of your shift
    • Providing exceptional customer service

  • Driver

    Salary: £29k

    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Driver to join the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists in our busy site in Milton Keynes.

    As part of a team of professional drivers you are a critical to the smooth running of the operation. The Drivers job is to collect customers vehicles and deliver them to the Bodyshop for repair. Once repaired your job is to then deliver them back to the customer.

    Customers trust us, so you will always be professional, providing a first-class service every time. It is also important that you drive vehicles in a safe and lawful manner, considering weather and traffic conditions.

    Not only do you need to collect, valet and deliver vehicles, but you also need to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed, collect payments and receipts, report accidents/incidents and comply fully with health and safety legislation, e.g. driving whilst under the influence of sleep inducing medication, driving vehicles for which you are not insured or trained

  • 3.5t Van Driver

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: £28,000.00 per year

    £28k per annum, increasing to £29.3k after probation.

    Do you have previous experience driving a transit size vehicle?

    Do you have a full UK licence with no more than 6 points?

    This is a great opportunity to join a leading tool hire business and complete 10-15 customer-facing drops of equipment per day.

    Additional duties include assisting in the warehouse pre and post delivery as well as loading and unloading goods.

    Ideal applicants will have previous delivery experience, friendly and professional communication skills and a can-do work ethic.

  • Removals Crew / Van Driver

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year

    You’ll be driving our 3.5T vans. The best and most promising crew/van drivers will be entered into our Crew to Driver scheme, we’ll pay for you to become a fully qualified HGV driver.

  • Van driver

    Annual Salary: £31,453

    You’ll start with a thorough induction – then you’ll be providing our customers a friendly totally dedicated delivery service of food orders taking care to resolve any issues along the way. It’s a vital role, and it can be hard work, but a Brakes Van Driver makes it look easy!

    You’ll need to pay attention for accurately picking on vehicle and delivery of customer orders and maintaining product temperatures in a multi-temperature controlled vehicle. You’ll need awareness of Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) Compliance to ensure your vehicle checks are completed to a high standard to ensure roadworthiness. The role includes manual handling of our food produce to the customers premises so you will need to comply with Health and Safety (SSOW), hygiene and other related legislation.

    You’ll require a full drivers licence and extensive road knowledge of our local area. As our 3.5t Van Driver you’ll use your strong communication and teamwork skills, knowledge and initiative to solve basic problems and make routine decisions. If you have the ambition to become a HGV2 driver in the future we’d be happy to support you through our driver development programme.
