Waste Collection Lorry Driver (Refuse Driver)

Job Description:

• Operate refuse/recycling trucks for local councils or private firms.
• Follow designated collection routes.
• Work early mornings (typically 5 AM–2 PM).

Requirements:

• Class 2 (C) HGV license (for larger lorries).
• Experience with hydraulic systems (preferred but not always required).

Average Salary:

• £12–£16 per hour (or £26,000–£32,000 per year).
