Drivers Mate

Pay Rate: £29,882.01

We’re now looking for a Driver’s Mate to play a key role assisting our drivers to deliver goods safely and on time.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Coordinating the picking and loading of alcohol onto your assigned vehicle prior to delivery
Accompanying and assisting driver with unloading deliveries at licensed premises
Staying in touch with the transport team to advise of any problems
Completing relevant processes on an electronic handheld device

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Are physically fit as the role involves lots of manual handling
Have previous experience of working with volume orders
Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage their own workload
Can perform simple math’s calculations
Previous experience as a Driver’s Mate, within a similar environment would be ideal but isn’t a deal breaker!
Must have full valid driving licence Cat B (Car Licence)
No more than 6 points
